"I Taste Like a Cherry" is an unreleased song performed by Kesha. It is currently not listed on any known publishing sites.
Background[]
The song was initially written for Kesha's debut album Animal in 2009, and later re-worked for her second studio album Warrior but scrapped from both projects.
Prior to Kesha's formal legal proceedings, Kesha's mother, Pebe Sebert got in contact with several Kesha fans and sent them Warrior outtakes that she hoped would demonstrate that Kesha was unhappy in her circumstances. The songs were "Dancing with the Devil", which is a song that seems to allude to Kesha's struggles with Dr. Luke, and "I Taste Like a Cherry" and "Pretty Lady" which represented the more rock oriented music she wanted to be making, and "Meet Me in Space" which was what she wanted to be releasing from a lyrical perspective. Pebe instructed the fans to spread the tracks around so they'd leak, which they all eventually did.
