Instagram is a photo-sharing social networking program that launched in October 2010.

Kesha joined Instagram in April of 2012. She has had the same profile picture since she created her account up until 2014. The photographs uploaded are mostly taken from her iPhone. She registered as "iiswhoiis" since "keshasuxx" was already taken. In 2017 and 2018, most of her social media accounts were used for simply promotional uses, though this appears to have changed in 2019. On October 19, 2023, Kesha changed her handle to "kesha". She would later also keep a private account under her old handle where she posts snippets of new songs.
As of October 19, 2023, Kesha has over 3.3 million followers and is following over one thousand accounts.
