Lagan Blue Sebert (born March 18, 1981) is the older brother of Kesha and Louie, and the son of Pebe Sebert and Hugh Moffatt. Pebe often brought her children to recording studios. He filmed Ke$ha: My Crazy Beautiful Life and co-produced the series alongside Steven Greenstreet. He is married to Sandra Sebert and they have two children together, Rio and Luna Sebert. He and Kesha had a band together called Dynamite Cop and played shows in Nashville.
He directed several music videos as well as her documentary short film, Rainbow The Film. He revealed he recorded footage of the Kesha Cruise for a documentary about it.
He resides in Queens, New York.[1]
