Together at Home is a virtual concert series fueled by Global Citizen in support of the World Health Organization in order to promote physical social distancing during the 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic. A television special, titled One World: Together at Home, was broadcast on April 18, 2020 by NBC, ABC, and CBS. It was curated in collaboration between Global Citizen and singer-songwriter Lady Gaga, which benefited the World Health Organization's COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund. Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, and Stephen Colbert hosted the show. Kesha was among the many celebrities that made an appearance. Other celebrities include Taylor Swift, Lizzo, Niall Horan, Billie Eilish, Jennifer Lopez, and more.
Kesha performed during the first and fifth hour. She performed "Rainbow" on a colorful toy keyboard and "Praying", where she was accompanied by Nicholas Annis on the guitar and finally hit the high note live for the first time.
According to the Global Citizen Impact, $127.9 million was raised for COVID-19 relief. On April 19, 2020, along with all the other performances during the stream, both of Kesha's performances were released on Spotify, although the wrong Kesha was credited. The issue was fixed a few days later. However, sometime between the release and September, all of the performances from the stream were removed.
