The song was released through Feldt's own label, HeartFeldt Records, which is owned by Spinnin' Records. A demo version of the song leaked on April 11, 2023.

The official single artwork was leaked on January 21, 2021. Feldt then teased the song, along with shots of the music video, on his social media. The song was officially announced by both artists on January 26, 2021.
Feldt is a fan of Kesha and she is the one who approached the DJ with the idea for the track.

Teasers of the video was posted on Feldt's social media on January 24 and 25, 2021. Pictures of Kesha leaked in December 2020, of her filming the music video.[2] The music video premiered at 11 AM Central time. Feldt and Kesha chatted with people in the comments 30 minutes before the premiere.
The music video sees two versions of Kesha fighting, one with brown hair and one with platinum blonde hair. Sam Feldt acts as the announcer of the fight. The battle consists of four rounds. The first and second round has the two Keshas use hand to hand combat. The round ends with both Keshas punching each other, causing them to KO. In the second round, the Keshas exhaust themselves, resulting in another tie. Then the Keshas use medieval weapons in the third round. The brunette Kesha wields a katana sword while the blonde Kesha uses a buldgeon. The Keshas taunt each other before swinging their weapons at each other, but both lose them and they return to using their fists. The final round sees the Keshas use pistols, but both shoot each other at the same time, causing them to fall to the ground. Wounded, the Keshas lay on the floor, as a banner swings down from the ceiling saying "THE WINNER IS". Finally, the Keshas crawl to each other as they lay on one another, as a form of unity, and both die from their wounds as the crowd cheer and Feldt announcing the winner before the screen goes black.
