On June 6, 2012, Dr. Luke shared a snippet of the song on SoundCloud with the title "Snippet super" and the description "for the ke$ha fans !!!"

On the same day, Ke$ha tweeted:

you leaked my song about me having sexy time with a ghost @thedoctorluke! now everyone knows I get it on with ghosts!

The song contains a portion of Nik Kershaw's 1984 song, "Wouldn't It Be Good".

It is very dancey. It’s probably like the danciest, most electro song on this record, I think. But that song I like because I get to really just sing in the chorus. I could just sing my ass off. And then it just breaks down into this really like, really gnarly dance verse. And then this dance breakdown. But that song’s about… I’ve had a couple of experiences with the supernatural in my life. And I’m just really open to it. I’m a Pisces. I love that shit. I love ghosts. I, like, invite them into my life. And they just kind of show up. Like, a couple of times I’ve had some supernatural experiences so it’s kind of about that but also particularly about this one ghost that the house I was telling you about that I lived up in Laurel Canyon had this spirit there. There was really magnetic this really amazingly enchanting spirit there and then then all of a sudden, it started getting darker and darker and darker. And it was really sexual. I don’t know. It’s hard to explain. But anyway, so that song’s about that ghost. But it also parallels and can be about just a really toxic relationship, if you want to take it there. But for me, it’s about getting it on with the evil ghost.

Lyrics[]

Baby, when we're touching in the dark
Can you feel it?
I can hear the pounding of my heart
Can you feel it?
When you take my body to the stars
I believe it
Boy, this love is supernatural
Can you feel it?

Come take me by the hand
Wanna cross the line? Baby, go ahead
Till the morning light, watch my silhouette
'Cause you know tonight we're gonna wake the dead

Get a little bit wrong, get a little bit wild
Get a little bit high off of this love tonight
Get a little bit raw, come a little undone
Get a little bit reckless, I can't get enough

Baby, when we're touching in the dark
Can you feel it?
I can hear the pounding of my heart
Can you feel it?
When you take my body to the stars
I believe it
Boy, this love is supernatural
Can you feel it?

Come, take me in the night
I feel it in my blood, want the darker side
Baby, when we touch, look me in the eyes
Poison me with love, I'll bring you back to life

Get a little bit wrong, get a little bit wild
Get a little bit high off of this love tonight
Get a little bit raw, come a little undone
Get a little bit reckless, I can't get enough

Baby, when we're touching in the dark
Can you feel it?
I can hear the pounding of my heart
Can you feel it?
When you take my body to the stars
I believe it
Boy, this love is supernatural
Can you feel it?

Oh
Boy, this love is supernatural
Boy, this love is supernatural

Baby, when we're touching in the dark
I can hear the pounding of my heart

Baby, when we're touching in the dark
Can you feel it?
I can hear the pounding of my heart
Can you feel it?
When you take my body to the stars
I believe it
Boy, this love is supernatural
Can you feel it?
