Birthday Suit

"Birthday Suit" is a song by Kesha from her fourth studio album, High Road. It was originally recorded in 2016 for her third studio album, Rainbow, but it was scrapped and later re-worked for High Road. It was written by Kesha, Chelcee Grimes and Stuart Crichton, and produced by Crichton. It serves as the tenth track from the album.

The song was registered in December 2016, along with "Love Triangle", another song recorded for Rainbow.

The song was written in LA with Chelcee Grimes and Stuart Crichton shortly after "Honey".

In December of 2017, a snippet of the song's third demo was leaked by Music Mafia.

Although the song was put up for auction on Music Mafia along with many other unreleased songs by various artists for a minimum of 0.05 BTC, there were no bids for the song and so it was not auctioned off. In late March and early April of 2019, several snippets of the song's second demo were leaked.^[1]^[2]^[3] This version of the song was later leaked in full on April 4, 2019. The song's third demo leaked on December 18, 2019. The first demo of the song has yet to leak in snippets and in full.

The chorus of the song samples the theme song from the popular video game franchise, Mario Bros. The final version of the song leaked on January 25, 2020.
